Welcome to our 12th season at IMPACT Dance Studio!! We are so happy to be working with your children. My staff and I are dedicated to the love of dance and the joy of teaching, providing a unique dance education in a safe, positive, family atmosphere. We believe our passion for dance will continue us on this incredible journey that we hope to share with you and your families for years to come. Our talented staff continue to train with professional choreographers to advance their growth, furthering their abilities to enhance your children’s dance education. We are very proud of the dance family & reputation we have built. Our goal is to boost self confidence while teaching discipline & creating incredible dancers. We teach our students the importance of respecting themselves, their classmates & how to work as a TEAM. My staff & I are eager to begin a new season & look forward to working with your children in the year ahead!!!!

Impact 2025-2026 Policies
POLICIES-
REGISTRATION- Contact form & waiver must be completely filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. You should notify us of any changes in information promptly. September’s tuition payment must be paid in full upon registration.
TUITION -Tuition payments are to be made payable to Impact Dance Studio. You may pay with a personal check, or cash. We do not accept credit cards. A $15 late fee will be applied to your tuition if not paid by the 10th of each month. Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee. Monthly tuition stays the same regardless of the number of weeks or classes there are in that month. Tuition is due the 1st class of every month. May & June’s tuition are due by May 1st. Recital tickets cannot be purchased until all balances are paid in full.
TAX ID - We will always supply you with a receipt for all payments made. We do not give out our tax ID number.
PARENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN DANCE ROOMS - Please understand it is a
distraction to everyone else in the room. Please send your child in with everything they will need for class.
COSTUMES- Costume payments are due November 1st. Costumes must be paid in full to be ordered. A Costume will not be ordered unless payment is received. Costume Fees are non refundable.
COMPANY TEAM - Company Dancers are chosen from recreational classes when they show an advanced level of technique, & an ability to pick up choreography. Teachers choose who is ready for the company team as it comes with a big commitment from both the student & parent.
TICKETS - Tickets can not be purchased until all balances are paid in full. Tickets are $35 a ticket.
MEDIA FEE - Videoing is strictly prohibited at our show. Every family will have a $50 media fee added to their May invoice. Professional video links of our show will be emailed to every family. This fee must be paid in order to purchase tickets to the show.
CANCELLED CLASSES- You will receive an email notifying you of any cancellation of classes due to bad weather conditions.
CONDUCT - Always respect your teachers & fellow dancers. Bullying will NOT be tolerated.
ATTIRE- Students must wear some type of athletic wear. Bodysuit, leggings, shorts, tank top are all acceptable. Sweats & T-shirts for boys, No jeans allowed. Hair must be secured tightly away from face.
SHOES- Children must have the proper shoes each week for class. Please label all dance bags & shoes.
OTHER-You are responsible for all items you bring into the studio. We are not responsible for any clothing, shoes or personal items left at the studio. If it is not claimed after 2 weeks it will be donated. No gum, candy or food is allowed in the dance room. Teachers will allow time for a water break. Please bring water bottles and have your child’s name on it.
